Jeff is a part of the site amenities committee for Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, and volunteers with HOPE Worldwide, which aims to change the lives of the world’s most poor, sick and suffering.
Rita has had a busy year celebrating her son Chris’ engagement and keeping the creativity flowing outside the office, working with a few friends to design the interiors of their homes.
Marketing team member Juliette continues to serve as President of the International Council of Shopping Centers Tampa Bay board and the firm continues to sponsor events. In 2019 ICSC Tampa Bay hosted educational and networking events about the future of Southwest Florida retail and the development of St. Petersburg thriving downtown retail.
John continued lending to the sharing economy as an Airbnb Superhost. He’s enjoying the side business and has met several interesting people throughout the world.
Tanima is known to take on challenging projects outside of the office. She previously built her own home in Pennsylvania and she’s currently working on her most challenging project to date; the construction of her future home here in Tampa. So far she has put in a driveway and a septic system. She will be working on her masterpiece for the next few years!
