Casey Allen, AIA, Senior Project Architect
Casey, a licensed architect, has 10 years of experience in high-end retail, mixed-use and residential design and project management working with respected northeastern firms.
He earned a bachelor’s of design from the University of Florida School of Architecture and a master‘s of architecture from Syracuse University. He recently moved from Connecticut joining our Tampa office.
Daron Anchors, Design Services
Daron has 23 years’ experience in designing prototypes, flagships and branded store elements, as well as international concept rollout, with prominent design firms and an array of well-known specialty retail, food retail and restaurant brands. He is also well versed in healthcare and office design.
Daron holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from Ohio State University and is working to earn LEED and NCIDQ certifications. He recently moved from Ohio joining our Tampa office.
Oscar Amaro, Design Services
Oscar has 10 years of experience and an impressive portfolio of specialty retail, food retail, restaurant, entertainment, department store, mall, hospitality and travel retail concepts. He has joined our team in our Miami office.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Phoenix.
Rachel Lefebvre, Administrative + Marketing Assistant
Rachel has joined our Tampa team and is often the first person you’ll speak with when calling or visiting. She provides support to our administrative and marketing teams.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Tampa and has five years of professional administrative experience.
Alexander Martinez + Cesar Reyes, Interns
Alexander and Cesar are both working as part-time interns to support our growing workload and to gain professional experience and knowledge of the industry.
They are each in their final semester at the University of South Florida studying for a master’s degrees from the School of Architecture and Community Design.
