SeaFlower and api(+) are shaping more than just space. We’re crafting identity through comprehensive design services. Our work includes design, architecture and construction administration for a ground-up Publix with drive-thru pharmacy and attached liquor store, plus inline retail shops, and freestanding OMNI buildings. We’re also working together to develop branded placemaking and wayfinding for the retail and residential components defining key entry points to guide pedestrians and motorists, and highlight destinations. By integrating branding, architecture, and graphics, api(+)‘s team is shaping a connected, walkable community where every element enhances navigation, reinforces identity, and elevates the experience.
