Zachary is an experienced designer and project manager at api(+). His specialized knowledge and expertise spans architectural design, master planning to construction administration and documentation which makes him a valuable asset to the api(+) team.

Drawing on his expertise as a project manager, designer and BIM manager, Zach successfully guided multiple firms in their transition from AutoCAD to Revit. He is also versed in new rendering engines and visualization techniques that are instrumental in presenting to clients. Throughout his career, Zach has been deeply involved in producing construction documents and overseeing construction administration with a constant focus on meeting client goals and maintaining the highest standards of document quality.

Zach is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.A. in Architecture and a minor in Business & Sustainability. Outside the office, Zach is film buff and collector of foreign films. As a Tampa Bay native, he enjoys spending his weekends beachside.
