api(+) is shaping identity through integrated branded placemaking and wayfinding for the retail and residential components of SeaFlower, Bradenton’s newest residential community. We also serve as designer and architect for the 47-acre SeaFlower Village Center, the premier mixed-use destination at the heart of the development.
 
Our wayfinding and placemaking work defines key entry points, guides pedestrians and motorists, and highlights destinations throughout the site. By integrating branding, architecture, and graphics, api(+) is creating a connected, walkable community where navigation is intuitive, identity is reinforced, and the experience is elevated.
