The range of Courtney’s professional experience includes retail, restaurant, education and residential projects. As a designer, her work is a reflection of her character: eager, keen, good-natured, witty and smart. Creating imaginative and thoughtful design is not just her job, it’s habit. For Courtney, the idea of collaboration with her team sparks creativity and dovetails in providing clients strategic and eye-catching designs.

Courtney’s academic experience includes a BS from Morgan State University in Architecture and Environmental Design and an AA from Delaware Technical Community College in Architectural Engineering Technology. She is working towards architectural registration.

Away from the office, Courtney enjoys watching baseball, exploring new culinary undertakings and going to the beach.
