David Keener has a passion for design and the built environment. As a seasoned architect, he is a very capable in consciously guiding clients through the design process with humility and patience.

His design philosophy emphasizes attractive, functional facility design while taking into account the client’s needs and the occupant’s experience. He is also a hands-on and gifted mentor to all those he works with and leaves nothing to chance.

As an expert in architectural design, he applies his experience in construction detailing, understanding of building materials, and familiarity in building codes and permitting.

David earned a Masters of Architecture from Morgan State University. In his free time, he can be found at his local CrossFit gym, kayaking, or exploring the beaches near his home in St. Petersburg, Florida.
