Erin Konley

Design Services

Erin turns ideas into unforgettable visuals. From grassroots initiatives to global brands, her expertise spans industries from mission-driven non-profits to Fortune 500 powerhouses. For Erin, it’s about function, purpose, and forging connections that achieve specific goals. A master of design software and a powerful visual storyteller, she brings our clients’ visions to life with precision, creativity and heart.

After beginning her studies with a focus on medical illustration at the University of Illinois, Erin shifted to graphic design at Columbia College Chicago. Her career has included production, design and creative direction for major retail brands.

Upon moving to Tampa Bay, she joined an in-house corporate design team, where she achieved a Silver Addy Award and launched and creatively directed an industry-first magazine for female financial advisors. Expanding into environmental design, she has embraced her role in wayfinding and branding design, creating engaging spaces that connect people to place through thoughtful design, storytelling, and brand integration.

Erin’s creative nature extends beyond the office with a passion for photography. She volunteers for the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts where she serves on the board and the signage committee.
