A visionary, astute leader and entrepreneur, Juan is passionate about helping retail organizations grow through great design, smart branding and creative thinking.

He founded our company in 1990, building on his experience of working with some of the most respected industry leaders and architectural design firms in the world, establishing arm recognized as a dynamic leader in the fast-paced world of retail design.

Juan’s work has earned recognition from organizations such as VMSD (Visual Merchandising & Space Design), Retail Design Institute and Shop! Association. A respected voice in the industry, he contributes to publications like Grocery Business and Progressive Grocer and speaks at conferences hosted by the Food Marketing Institute, National Restaurant Association and National Grocers Association.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Florida. When he isn’t immersed in great architecture and design, you may find him mixing up the perfect Mojito and enjoying a good Cuban cigar.
