Auto Mercado sought a comprehensive re-imaging design for its chain of supermarkets. Our goal was to create a unique vision as the premiere upscale provider of food retailing in the local market with a target shopper demographic of locals, European tourists and American retirees. The metamorphosis was driven by increasing competition and the need to retain, and reward, their existing more affluent loyal client base. This transition has enabled Auto Mercado to better serve its international clientele and re-image their brand as the exclusive choice among the ever-growing population of wealthy American and European retirees relocating to this country.
