The Target project involved the redevelopment of a former Kmart, transforming the space into a modern, 73,000-square-foot store—api(+)’s fifth Target project. Designed for Gator Investments, the new Target seamlessly blends convenience and accessibility, featuring drive-up service, order pickup, a liquor store, Starbucks, and an in-store CVS.
