Currently in progress, CASTO’s Center Point at Waterside in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, is a dynamic collaboration between the api(+) team and CASTO. As the project designer and architect of record for the retail component of this expansive 50-acre mixed-use development, we are shaping a contemporary retail landscape that integrates seamlessly with its surroundings. The center will showcase a distinctive focus on health and wellness tenants, contributing to the vibrancy and functionality of the community. The retail component is comprised of four multi-level buildings.
