In anticipation of accelerated growth driven by increased franchisee interest, Earl of Sandwich collaborated with api(+) to create an innovative and energized prototype restaurant that embodies several key goals. The flexible kit of parts enables new franchises to occupy spaces ranging from 1,500 to 1,800 square feet. The design focuses on effectively expressing the brand’s voice, establishing strong consumer connections, and optimizing product volume, all while upholding the renowned high-quality cuisine that defines the brand. The dynamic environment thoughtfully incorporates the founding family’s British royalty connections in a contemporary manner, providing an enticing backdrop that highlights the distinctive and exceptional menu selections.
