api(+) celebrates its ongoing partnership with Florida-based retail developer Sembler, marking another milestone with the successful completion of Hernando West Plaza. Our team proudly served as both the designer and architect of record for the tear-down and replacement of Publix, spanning nearly 50,000 square feet. Additionally, we updated the look of the approximately 55,000-square-foot balance of the center.
