Marina Landings is a ground up town center at the heart of Westshore Marina District, a newly constructed 52-acre waterfront community offering luxury residences, yacht basins, a marina and more that has revitalized Tampa’s western waterfront. Inspired by the surrounding nature and BTI’s vision for a walkable community, we designed a fresh and contemporary environment with Bermudan architectural style. Comprising of five buildings, the 21,000-square-foot waterfront retail center is home to beloved local shops and restaurants like Cru Cellars, Duckweed Urban Market, and Crave Spa. It offers the thriving community a seamless array of shopping, dining, district events, and services just steps away from their residences.
