We crafted the vision for a new town center for the Westlake communities in Palm Beach, Florida. The development serves as a central activity hub of the 4,070-acre master-planned Westlake development and its surrounding neighborhoods. At the forefront is an activated waterfront entertainment district, seamlessly transitioning into a dynamic downtown core bustling with shops, restaurants, service retailers, a local grocer and a cinema. It’s punctuated by a series of retail and dining establishments interwoven with parks and outdoor entertainment spaces, ensuring engagement at every corner. Surrounding the downtown core are high-density residential and hotel accommodations, infusing immediate vitality into the site, while single-family homes encircle the perimeter. This comprehensive site plan promises to redefine community living and leisure for Westlake and beyond.
